Description: Generate a night list for follow-up or recover NEAs included in the ESA Priority List.
Input: Starting date (observing night), observatory MPC code, steps, interval, limiting magnitude, altitude, proper motion, sky plane error, star density, priority, sorting method.
Output: Table of visible objects priorities for observing at every step (ex hourly).
Queries: The NEODyS-2 (Milani et al., Univ Pisa) and VizieR servers.
