EURONEAR - Tools - Ephemeris from Orbit

Description: Calculates the ephemeris of a solar system object (asteroid, comet, planet).
Input: The orbital elements of the object (a, e, i, Omega, omega, M at epoch MJD), the ephemeris interval and step.
Output: Ephemeris (RA and Dec positions), Delta (Earth distance), r (Sun distance) both in astronomical units (a.u.),
proper motion (in RA and Dec, in arcsec/min), elongation from Sun, phase angle, galactic latitude (all in degrees),
sky uncertainties (in RA and Dec) and the orientation on sky of the uncertainty ellipse (in degrees), calculated at geocentre.
Using: The OrbFit Software Package (OrbFit Consortium - A. Milani et al, 2017) installed locally.

Orbital elements:

Semimajor axis (a in a.u.)
Eccentricity (e)
Inclination (i in °)
Ascending node (Ω in °)
Argument of periapsis (ω in °)
Mean anomaly (M in °)
Epoch (MJD)
